Support

Start with the in-game Driver Guide and Settings. They cover keyboard, controller, touch, tilt, graphics, audio and interface options.

Quick checks

• Use a current Chrome, Edge or Safari release with hardware acceleration enabled.
• If loading repeatedly fails, choose Lower graphics and reload in the report.
• If WebGPU is unavailable or unstable, choose WebGL2 compatibility in Settings and reload.
• On a phone, rotate to landscape before driving. The menu remains usable in portrait.
• If multiplayer is unavailable, Practice remains playable while the room service recovers.

Report a problem

Email abhinavpullela007@gmail.com with:

• device, operating system and browser version;
• the MULTIROADS version shown in the game;
• renderer and graphics settings;
• clear reproduction steps;
• circuit or Offroad seed, nearby landmark and distance when relevant;
• a screenshot or the built-in loading report when available.

For driving feel or audio, describe the control device, speed, camera and exact moment. Do not include passwords, authentication codes or unrelated personal information.

Local data

Personal bests, ghosts, racing lines and settings are browser-local. Private browsing, clearing site data, changing browsers or using another device can make them unavailable. MULTIROADS currently has no account recovery or cross-device cloud save.

Controls

Press H during a race for the Driver Guide and Esc for Settings. Phone driving uses the left half for held steering and the right half for throttle or brake/reverse. Controller setup is available from Controls on the main menu or in Settings.
