Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the MULTIROADS website, browser game and multiplayer service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using the game
You may use the game for lawful personal play. You must not disrupt the service, evade access or capacity controls, automate abusive traffic, interfere with other races, impersonate another person, or use display names, room names or chat to harass others or share unlawful material.
Your session text
You remain responsible for text you submit. You give MULTIROADS the limited permission needed to transmit and display that text to participants while operating the room. Do not submit confidential information, personal contact details, credentials, or content you do not have permission to share.
Game content
MULTIROADS software and original project content belong to the project owner. Some local or admitted builds can include third-party material under separate licences; the in-game Credits screen identifies recorded sources and known modification information. Vehicle, circuit and company names or marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.
Availability and changes
The game is under active development. Features, handling, content, compatibility and multiplayer availability can change. The service may limit or reject new rooms during maintenance, overload or abuse while preserving active sessions where practical.
Safety
This is a game, not driving instruction or a validated vehicle simulator. Take breaks, use a comfortable control setup, and stop if motion, flashing effects or device heat causes discomfort. Do not play where distraction would be unsafe.
Warranty and responsibility
The service is provided as available, without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the project owner is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
